Getting started
Where do I start?
Most people book a free 15-minute call with an LYV advisor or a $199 consult with a provider. If you already know which membership you want, you can join online.
What is the difference between the free call and the provider consult?
The free call is 15 minutes with an advisor who answers questions about plans, prices and fit. It is not a medical visit. The $199 provider consult covers your history, goals and any results you have, and you leave with a written plan and the price of each step.
Is the $199 consult credited to my first month?
Yes. Join within 30 days and your $199 consult is credited to your first month. That makes Access 4 $0 for the first month, Access Unlimited $300 and Complete Insight $800. After that, regular monthly dues apply. The same credit applies if you join LYV Restored within 30 days.
Can I try something before I commit?
Yes. Your first 25-minute Ammortal Chamber session is free, one per person, with no card needed. Claim it on the Ammortal page and pick a time.
Memberships
Which memberships do you offer?
Access 4 is $199 a month, Access Unlimited is $499 a month and Complete Insight is $999 a month. Access plans have a 6-month minimum and Complete Insight has a 12-month minimum. The memberships page lists everything each plan includes.
Is there a fee to join?
Not during the Founders launch. It costs $0 to join any membership while the launch runs. Monthly dues and minimum terms stay the same.
How does the food credit work?
After each paid month, credit is loaded into the TownHall, REBoL and Green Goat app: $199 on Access 4 and $499 on Access Unlimited and Complete Insight. It does not roll over and has no cash value.
Do unused device sessions carry over?
On Access 4, unused sessions carry over one month and then expire. Access Unlimited and Complete Insight have no session cap.
How do I cancel?
After your minimum term, give 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. Dues already paid are not refunded.
Payment and insurance
Do you take health insurance?
LYV does not accept health insurance. Some services may be reimbursable, so check with your insurer, since policies vary.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Check with your HSA or FSA administrator. Whether a service qualifies depends on your plan.
Do I pay when I book?
The free call and free Ammortal session need no card. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the service price.

Where is LYV?
On the lower level of 1870 W 25th Street in Ohio City, Cleveland, across the street from Town Hall.
Who provides care at LYV?
Clinical services are provided under the supervision of LYV's licensed providers. Treatments such as IVs, EBOO and hormone therapy start with a provider's review.
Do you offer regenerative medicine?
Regenerative medicine at LYV is by consult only. Nothing is sold online. A provider talks through the options, their regulatory status and whether you are a candidate.
